How to submit application

Submitting application via this website can be done easily by following this steps.

1. Choose your desired services. Our available services are categorized into 3 types: Immigration services such as passport, SPLP, or affidavit; Consular services such as legalization and referal letter; and Visa services.
2. You will be prompted to login into your account or create new account using Google Account of personal email address.
3. Follow the shown procedure of the available services. You will be ask to choose available date for submission and fill in the application form. On upload section, you can simply press next to continue the process. Please note that the time to fill in your application is limited to 30 minutes.
4. If you receive a prompt showing that the slot on your selected date is full, simply click the back button on the left-down of the form to go back to date selection and select new date. Once new date has been selected, click next to go to the form and submit your application. Do not refresh the page to avoid filling in your form again.
5. Download your application form and submit it to the Consulate General along with the required documents on the date you have selected.

If you have obtained an appointment date for submission but wants to change your date, you have to cancel your existing appointment date and submit new application.
